How do I mount posts to the house?

Our House Mount Kits are screwed to the back of the house.

With extra posts against the house, you can use angle brackets with 2-3″ screws for extra reinforcement.

Free Standing Kits are quite heavy and solid when assembled and typically don’t move once in place.
If the wind is strong in your spot, you can use an angle bracket to secure the posts to your deck floor.
